Seven general areas are emphasized in this text: (1) Methodsin molecular biology, (2) Transcription in prokaryotes, (3) Transcription in eukaryots. (4)Posttranscriptional events, (5)Translation, (6) DNA replication, recombination, and transposition, and (7) Genomes. |
